The Carta Girls Cup supports

For the second year the girls at the Carta Rallye showed their support in the fight against breast cancer.

Carta Historic Cars Cup

Introduced at Carta Rally 2018 for the first time, we could be pleased about many historical vehicles in evaluation. We will be happy to continue. No matter if in the cross country category or in the GPS challenge. All vehicles till year of construction 1989 are welcome.

The three best teams in historic vehicles will be honoured with their own trophy.

Security concept

Safety has always been a top priority at the Carta Rally.

Since 2018 our medical fleet has been expanded by a helicopter. Ten physicians will be on standby on the stages should an emergency occur. These are strategically always positioned in such a way that the doctors arrive at the site within a very short time. Spot-Me tracking allows participants to call for immediate assistance in the event of technical and serious health problems. The location is transmitted via GPS position directly to the rescue or the emergency services.

Daily driver meetings are also an important part of our safety concept. These are conducted in English, French and German and provide information on all security-relevant details for the following stage.

Equipment
Medical Fleet 1 helicopter, 4 all-terrain rescue vehicles
Medical staff 7 doctors, 3 paramedics
Tracking Spot-Me (Live Tracking)
Recovery 2 all-terrain recovery trucks

My first rally ever, but certainly not the last. It was a lot of fun. The Carta is pure adventure. Hard but hearty.
